Our Silicon nitride is used for the production of plates and wafers, which are used as wafer probecards and carrier structures for wafer processing. 

Ceramic grippers enable contamination-free charging of the wafers.  

We also offer our customers high-strength insulators, shielding plates and transport rollers for coating equipment as well as winding carriers for inductors. Silicon nitride can even be used as a substrate material for semiconductor devices and circuits that are resistant to high temperatures and mechanical stress

Furthermore, QSIL manufactures crucibles and crucible components for AlN or SiC single crystal growth systems based on refractory carbides such as TaC and WC.
